Four kinds of retaining jobs make up most of our work across Perth's north. Each one starts with a free measure and ends with a fixed written price.

Whatever the wall is made of, the same three things decide how long it lasts: footings that reach something solid, drainage behind the wall, and backfill compacted in layers. Perth's coastal sand doesn't hold an angle and lets water run straight through, so a wall built without those three will lean, bulge or crack within a few winters. We build every wall with them, and they're itemised on your quote.

Not sure which wall you need? Limestone suits gardens, front yards and character homes. Panel-and-post and concrete sleeper walls on galvanised steel posts suit boundaries, split levels and anything with a fence on top. If your existing wall is leaning or cracking, start with replacement and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a repair or a rebuild.
